Home Staging Consultations (Realtors®)

Set yourself apart from the competition. Consider offering your clients a complimentary home staging consultation when they list with you. Not only is this a great perk for them, you'll benefit from it as well by having a listing that shows well and potentially sells faster.

Our home staging consultations for REALTORS® are a condensed version of what is offered to our Do-It-Yourself homeowners. Packed with plenty of information, this consultation will help to present your listings at their best by addressing issues such as upgrades, repairs, furniture layout, paint colour and much more.
Cost: $250.00 *
* For homes up to a maximum of 4,000 sq. ft. Larger homes will be priced on an individual basis.

Home Staging Consultations (Homeowners)

Dezigner Digz™ specializes in home staging consultations for the Do-It-Yourself homeowner. Our philosophy is that you should get as much information out of the appointment as possible. We will share with you our room-by-room vision for your home; right down to the finest details as if we were called in to stage it for you. This is what sets us apart.

The first step upon meeting with you will be to identify the demographics of your neighbourhood. This is very important in order to develop a plan that will include lifestyle and target staging. In order to make your home appeal to the largest buyer's pool, we will discuss items such as:
  • Upgrades (and whether or not they should be undertaken based on your listing price);
  • Paint colour selection;
  • Furniture layout (how best to make each room functional and more spacious);
  • Minor repairs;
  • Window coverings;
  • Flooring;
  • Accessorizing (what to purchase, the colours to choose and places to shop);
  • De-cluttering / De-personalizing;
  • Cleaning;
  • Curb Appeal / Landscaping;
  • Open House Tips.
Cost: $450.00 *
* For homes up to a maximum of 4,000 sq. ft. Larger homes will be priced on an individual basis.
Dezigner Digz™ also offers two additional add-ons to choose from for those interested:

Add-on #1:

A one-hour "hands-on" session right after the completion of your consultation. We will work with what you have to assist you in staging the room(s) that we feel will make the largest impact within that time frame. Of course, we will be happy to stay longer if you wish us to. Additional staging time will be charged on a per hour basis.
Cost: An additional $150.00

Add-on #2:

A second one-hour appointment. We will return at a later date to review the work you have carried out based on our recommendations and assist you with any fine-tuning that may be necessary. This is a great option for those who feel that they don’t have the flare to do the final tweaks. This second appointment is also a great way to get reassurance that what you've done is just right. Either way, it's a win-win.
Cost: An additional $150.00

Vacant Property Services

According to the Real Estate Staging Association, a vacant home will stay on market an average of 78% longer than one that has been staged.

Dezigner Digz™ offers the following home staging services for vacant properties:
  • Room measuring;
  • Drawing of floorplans (for furniture layout purposes);
  • Selecting and putting temporary holds on appropriate rental furniture specific to your home;
  • Advice on accessorizing.
From here, you will arrange for the booking and delivery of your rental furniture. Prior to its arrival, you will receive instructions from us on furniture placement and advice on accessorizing.
Cost: Priced on an individual basis
